Never words one wants to hear but not ones that are necessarily unexpected. Given the current state of the industry, menus may need some adjusting. Now is a good time to take a look at not just your cost but your items as well.
With particular items going especially high or running low, consider trimming off those headache or low markup items. Maybe consider a new special that is more easily accessible at the moment. Necessity is often the mother of invention so don’t be afraid to test those waters a little.
