Since the start of the health crisis, Bluedot has kept tabs on consumer behavior and restaurant habits. Bluedot is a tracking and arrival platform that provides businesses with real-time interactions and pickup solutions. After surveying 1,508 consumers, they have presented their report exploring inflation, loyalty programs, the arrival experience, and how mobile technology plays an integral role in each of these topics.
